As somebody already stated on the trinity, KDE vclplug is not a full VCL 
implementation in Qt, but a combination of pure X11 and Qt/KDE. 
Nevertheless, it could help in a way that at least the KDE styles can be 
used.

Eric Bachard from the OOo Mac OSX porting team is currently experimenting 
with the KDE vclplug in OSX, I hope he will succeed ;-)
