I'm quite sure it is not that simple:( The Mac OS X porting project is
located here:

  http://porting.openoffice.org/mac/

It is still work in progress, AFAIK, but maybe they could use KDE/Qt to
render the widgets once the port works well. Unfortunately, I cannot try
myself, I have no Mac OS X around.
