Truncated PO files on Pootle

I'm writing because I found two files that got truncated on Spanish 
locale: HC2/smath.po and HC2/smath/guide.po.

I don't know how could they got truncated, because for each file I've 
uploaded, I verified that its string count doesn't change after 
overwriting it. But both were truncated at zero.

Testing our builds, we found one of them before the last l10n CWS and it 
was re-uploaded, but I've just found the other one a few hours ago.

Luckily, for this translation round I'm implementing a private SVN 
repository where I keep frequent snapshots of Pootle's translation 
status, so I restored it.

I know there will be other integrations pending, so I'm not worried 
about it, but just want to let you know.
