Colon not part of translation string, looks weird in RTL UI

Hi,

In svtools/source/dialogs.po there's no colon in the end of the strings to
translate, and I guess it's added later in the code ( = hardcoded).

When using the UI in RTL mode, these makes the colon appear in the beginning
of the sentence instead of it's end.

See the word above "forest" on the left side of the screen shot:

Should I open a bug about this, or mailing here should be enough to get the
colons into the strings ?
