I'm afraid the string does indeed appear in the build (at least in 
ooo-dev 3.3.0 ooo330m7 [CWS:ooo330l10n3])
See the following screenshot (the string is the one starting with "Nota"):

To get to it:
- Open Ooo Calc
- File->Save as
- Select "Save with password" checkbox and click Save.
