Typo in Hebrew translation of Help -> About

Hi,

Due to an error (probably mine) in translation to Hebrew of the Help ->
About text, the OOOVENDOR variable doesn't get its content.
Although this is a cosmetic issue, it still looks bad and I wish to fix it
for the final release.

I don't want to suggest a sync with the pootle translation, as we did more
changes of after the September 30th deadline.
Can generate a patch for this specific lines and get it push to the code ?
