you mean the OpenOffice.org GUI messages? So far there is no native 
language group at OpenOffice.org set up for Taqbaylit.
Who would be the lead? How many translators would be involved in the 
translation? Who would do the testing and QA of the
OpenOffice.org  Taqbaylit language packs?
