Hi Hirano-san, I can help you about (1) :-) I believe majority of the text can be leveraged with existing translation that we store in our translation memory. When I run a project on our server, 48% matched completely and 45% are fuzzy. Only 2 % is new. Now I am working on fixing fuzzy matches - they are from the slight format difference with \n. Once it's done, let me send you the results so you can reuse the translation to Pootle.
