Only saw this now.  No we don't have any current plans for doing this 
training in Europe.  Which doesn't mean we wouldn't do it or wouldn't 
want to do it.  But there are a few issues:

   1. We'd need someone local to assist in organising
   2. We need to cover our costs, so participants will have to pay or
      find a donor
   3. 'Very large African community' doesn't mean much.  Who, where,
      language proficiency/passion, what language, etc are better questions.
