Permission denied error on Pootle

I am getting permission denied errors (again) when trying to export from
Pootle:

When getting:
http://pootle.services.openoffice.org/is/helpcontent2/export/zip
I get this error:

Server Error

An error has occurred. Thank you for your patience.

Error accessing
/var/www/sites/pootle/podirectory/helpcontent2/is/swriter.po,
Filesystem sent error: Permission denied

Can somebody fix this permission error?
