Dear All,

this is a reminder that the deadline to test and request via issue the
distribution of the builds/language patch is approaching.

Really thanks to all the teams who already have done this!

Yesterday, during the release meeting, we discussed what will it happen
after February 10th. My proposal was to have all remaining RC10 builds
and language packs be tested automatically to check if they get
installed and then to have them distributed over the mirror network. The
advantage of this procedure would be that all users coming to the
download page would not be *confused about* definitions such as
unstable, at your risk, not tested, etc.... Yes, in the ideal situation
it would be really great to see all team perform the testing and approve
the RCs, but it's not always possible for everybody.

The proposal has been accepted:

This means that on February 11th, we will proceed with the distribution
of automatically approved build/language packs. However, if you DO NOT
want your language to be released this way, please let me know by
February 10th.

Kind Regards,
Rafaella
