Missing localization of some extended tips

It seems that http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=113961
should be reopened since translations uploaded there were not properly
integrated in OOo 3.3.

To reproduce, in Writer open Tools - Options and enable, under
"General", the "Extended tips" checkbox.

Then open File - Print and you will see that tips appearing on "Number
of copies" or "collate" are in English no matter what your interface is
using.

If you see it broken too, please reopen
