Great to hear you would like to translate openoffice.org into Turkmen.

Well the first things are:

- subscribe to the [email protected] and [email protected] 
list so that you can follow the answers
- confirm that you would like to use the Pootle server to translate OOo

- from the native language team for Turkmen with a Lead and co-lead, 
similarly as the other teams have: 
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Languages

I think that for the beginning that's all.
