Russian translation is incomplete and that triggers a bug.
It may be http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=74982 again.
Possible workarounds:
1) Have 100% translated. :)
2) Use po2oo --skipsource (which implements fallback to en-US), see
http://bugs.locamotion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1883
