Error when downloading translations ZIP folder

Hi,
When I try to download Zip of the translation directories of FA project, I
get this error:

*Server Error*

*An error has occurred. Thank you for your patience.*

*Error accessing
/var/www/sites/pootle/podirectory/openoffice_org/fa/officecfg/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/UI.po,
Filesystem sent error: Permission denied*

I tested folders one by one. All of these links lead to error:

Please help.
