However, you have to satisfy the license conditions, e. g. provide 
the source code. You do not necessarily need to give support in 
order to be allowed to sell a copy of OOo. For using the brand you 
need the permit from Oracle Corporation.

eBay generally forbids the sale of self-burned cd-roms, no matter 
what content under which license (this is at least true for eBay in 
Germany).
