This is excellent news, however Oracle OpenOffice and OpenOffice.org are 
different, although based on the same code.  To talk to the Oracle OpenOffice 
people, you can contact them through the website:
http://www.oracle.com/us/products/applications/open-office/index.html

If however you wish to use OpenOffice.org, which obviously we would encourage 
you to do, then you have an easy start.  You can start testing OOo  
immediately, OOo is issued under the LGPL, the legal issues are covered here:

http://www.openoffice.org/licenses/lgpl_license.html

Which basically states that you are free to distribute OOo in any way you see 
fit.
