So, I am not, as you seem to think I am saying, jumping to conclusions and =
making this a fait accompli. That's hardly my or anyone's intention. I, we,=
 all recognize that there's a lot to go over. I am rather stating that I wa=
nt to start, and am doing this publicly.=20
