For me it does. I first had the same error you report here. I 
trashed all my previous milestones and also deleted the 
.openoffice.org1.9.x config files. No sing of old milestones here 
on my PM. Afterwards I reinstalled m93 and with the help of Eric B 
I discovered that the german build still had circular linking and 
lacked one file libxmlsec1.1.dylib. Eric B sent me the missing lib 
and with his help I redid the linking and now m93 works. I can 
create a base database I can edit it etc. 

The only wizard not working is the one for web-pages. When using it 
OOo crashes. Could someone please test and verify?
