Build break after updating to QuickTime 7!

Hi *,

if you update to QuickTime 7 (on 10.3.9) be sure to install the 
QuickTime 7 SDK as well otherwise you get build break in module portaudio!
That's because the QuickTime update removes some header files like 
CoreAudio.h etc.
