Integration of the latest security patch

Hello,
I have sent emails to development, attempting to join
the mailing list.  Oh well, this is regarding the
security patch replacement of sot645mi.dll.  I have
altered the setup program for OpenOffice.org 1.1.4 in
order to include the latest version of this file for
the security patch.  If you would like the zip of this
setup, please let me know where to upload it.  I am a
college student in programming and would love to
contribute to this project in any way that my
experience will allow.  I strongly believe that the
open source community should get as much help as
possible in order to thrive, and I want to help that
happen in any way possible.  Please contact me and let
