More on Troubles Building OOo 1.1.4 on Tiger (gcc 3.3)

I decided to build each package individually and ran into this when I 
built soltools:

Looking at the code it looks like this in srx645m52 starting with line 113:

Am I missing a patch to correct this problem?  This may be causing 
problems down the build process with udkapi.
