Thanks for testing. Because of the strange behaviour that m99 
showed I really thought it to be a bug in my build enviroment. But 
now that the two warnings in first.bas are confirmed I can sleep 
again. 

Shall we reopen the IZ that exists for this problem or open a new 
Mac OS X only one for the same problem? 

For the translation error there is IZ48165
