Build successfull of m107 for Mac OSX (Tiger only). Concerns locales : fr / en-US / de

Hi,

Just for the record, m107 build is ok. Build done with gcc-3.3 under Mac 
OSX 10.4.0  (for compatibility reasons).
Changes in the code are :  gslpatches (manually associated with macosx07 
because conflicts) + macosx08 + some experimental changes for locale 
(work in progress).

Some basic tests for fr and en-US versions (de not tested) : testtools 
is ok, spadmin too (gslpatches works).

For en-US, no problem : works fine and rocks for me. This just proves 
that the keyboard problem we meet is only a locale problem, and I hope 
to solve it soon.

I'll proceed today the upload  of packaged fr and en-US, and not 
packaged de builds, here :

*Important about fr version* :
The keyboard problem is not solved, and I'm working around ( P1 for me 
), so this build is *for experimentation only*.
