Mac OS X: Build SRC680m109 finished successfully

FYI: My SRC680m109 build finished successfully tonight.
Except some smaller configure problems to build went
through without further problems. I applied Florian's
patches (IZ50016 and IZ50150) and the patch for IZ50598
I build a german version.

First impressions.

The readme files during installation look a little bit
strange (lot of free space before the real text starts).

Macro security dialog in tools->options works now.

I've got no time yet for further tests.
