Our packages, are unofficial, just experimental packages.

Yes, this patch works fine, but it's not as simple.  We have to analyse 
this completely.
In fact, the only security problem comes from "default" packaging

Yes. I myself have not the machine to provide all needed locales, and 
I'd prefer contribute for new code. I have a lot of ideas, and this 
needs a lot of time to experiment, build, fix...

Be carefull : the patch you'll find in #i44528# is correct, but outdated.
