For the record, Patrick has done this for the 1.1.x tree.  It is called 
cws_macjoin1153 and I downloaded it this weekend and will look through 
it as time permits (I have a real life which includes a real job and 
family) to see if they have been merged back into the current version of 
the Master Work Space for 1.1.x.

And I found out about the cws by looking through the cvs mailing list.  
That mailing list needs help to remove the trash (read spam) from the 
good messages on changes made to the current branches.
