I already have.  However, Florian is much more versed on the 'behind the 
scenes' of OOo should take the lead and coordinate the effort to back 
port Patrick and Ed's code into the current Master Work Space for the 
OOo 1.1.x and 2.x branches.

I think that Patrick, Ed, both Erics, Kevin Hendricks and others have 
voiced this.  A workable go between person that works with both projects 
(either coding or testing which I do) would be the best individual.  At 
this time, I think that Florian is the best person for this effort, but 
I am also available and have many years of program testing and 
development.  I've tested everything from small programs to full 
operating systems.  However, my testing work with OOo is limited.

And I am glad that you brought up this subject.  We should not neglect 
the efforts of those who are outside the normal path of development of OOo.
