Progress report on SRX645_m56 build on Tiger

Started a build of m56 on Tiger for ALL languages. 

I ran into a problem with vcl, which was quickly fixed by applying 
Patrick Luby's patch for Xinerama in the util/makefile.mk file.

I will consolidate my log files if/when a build finishes.
