A little more research, and I found that the build is hard coded for 
MacOSX 10.3 and would either need another if..elif..endif sequence to 
fork out for 10.3 (Panther) and 10.4 (Tiger).  Again, it was my fault 
for not checking this before beginning the build.  Except for this 
problem, your build system looks great and I thank you for your hard 
work that went into setting up and building several releases.
