[Linux PPC] [ OOo1.1.5rc] build breakage in officecfg

Hi,

For the record, I have open an issue about a breakage in officecfg, 
while building OOo1.1.5rc on Linux PPC,
using j2sdk1.3.1 from BlackDown.  I'll try again with IBM jdk (142), but 
I'd prefer use 1.3.1 only, for a lot of reasons.
