First, an issue has been created about this problem :

create a new one. Waiting, you can confirm this issue.

Yes : just don't care about this : this occurs just at the end of the 
checkout, and is harmless.
In other words : if you read this message, the checkout is ended with 
m125 sources and ok :-)

I have the same problem too, but I didn't care about it.  Have you open 
an issue about this problem ?
This way, it can be definitively solved.
Just continue the build with configure ...etc and everything wil be ok ;-)

FYI, m125 is actually ending (sw now, near of the end), so you can 
believe me, it works ;-)
