There is no need for a different cvs. 

Simply use official m125 cvs checkout and apply the patches out of 

IZ 51940 - only real crash while building. 
IZ 42998 - creates the dmg 
IZ 53312 - only needed for Tiger

you may also apply the patches out of IZ 
http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=48186 to solve the 
webwizard and formwizard bug but these are functionality bugs and 
not bugs that prevent OOo from building.
