Not possible for Jaguar.  Around 3% of users, probably less actually. 
And our resources are limited.

Well, if so, maybe you can have a look at this issue :

The task is simple : actually builds made under Panther are fully 
compatible Tiger and Panther, builds made  withTiger, are not usable 
with Panther.

Why ? and how fix this.
