Change boost version for 1.33

Hi,


James Mac Kenzie proposed changes to upgrade boost version to 1.33 on  
Mac OS X.  Corresponding issue is <http://www.openoffice.org/issues/

I have not verified, but his changes seems to work on Mac OS X  
PowerPC**, and need to be verified as working on Linux and Windows too.

If none disagree, we'll create a corresponding cws, and commit this  
change. Because all archs/OS are concerned, we are searching  
volunteers building Linux and/or Windows  to QA it.

Any volunteer(s) ?  Thank's in advance  :-)
