Hi Mohammed,

the main problem here is the question how to mesure good design or bad 
code in a useful way. What would be the metrics ? I haven't seen any 
answer to this question yet and honestly I don't have one myself.

My interpretation of why you don't receive answers to your mails is that 
nobody is yet able to answer exactly this question. But unless this 
question gets an answer it does not make sense to think about any 
tooling or language coverage. It's not that your contribution would not 
be welcome, it certainly would be, it's just that the requirements are 
far too inspecific to start.

of course these are just my 2 cents
