Sorry of being unclear. :( I was not proposing to download
a tarball but using the information on that page to get the
m116 sources and as obviously no tarball exists the obvious
solution is using cvs.

As OOo is a fast moving target and you're obviously trying
to build the latest and greatest it is very often only possible
to use cvs to get the source.

There are no secret locations for this, the complete source
is managed using cvs, sometimes tarballs are prepared for
convenience but not for this version.

P.S.: m116 is obsolete, m117 is the current latest/greatest ;)
