I know that you meet some connexion issues. May I help somewhere ? Are 
you based in Ouaga ? I can send you cds of the newest release by 
Chronopost (the FR OOo association can do it). Or do you need some "well 
connected" contacts in Ouaga ? Just tell me if you meet technical 
difficulties and I'll try to help.
