Thanks for the link, it's a very well made document. But fortunately
we (as in the migration team) knows almost everything that's in there.

The SVN setup is not a problem. The CVS -> Svn conversion is a bit
more tricky because of the repository complexity (many branches,
merges, etc).

The real problems are (a) migration all the orthogonal tools such as
CWS management and automatic links to the IZ and (b) migrate the
users, of course !

Anyway, thanks for the link, you should follow the [email protected] mailing
list for up-to-date intell on the project (even if it's not really
active recently).
