I stumbled across it when it reverted some vandalism on one of my 
watched pages there.

Assumption, here: anything that sophisticated must have a test mode, 
i.e., "I would have reverted this: etc." We could try it out. Even if it 
only left warning messages somewhere, instead of doing its own reverts, 
it might be useful.
