Ideally, all OO.o websites, to ensure consistency. This would be
different to the previous redesign because we could take all of these
sites into account when preparing the design so that the user
experience doesn't fluctuate as people navigate from one website to
another.

We can be quite flexible with regard to where we start: if we made a
general tempalte first (i.e., static HTML), it could easily be
'ported' and adapted across the various OO.o websites (wiki, planet,
templates, extensions...). We could then roll out the new design
across OO.o's various websites over a short period of time to ensure
consistency.
