This *looks* great. especially the rollover effect. Link lists are,
however, notoriously hard to maintain and quickly become abandoned.

"The OpenOffice.org Community Forum"
-> "The OpenOffice.org Community Forums"

"Users Mail List (Subscribe / Archives)"
-> "Users' Mailing List (Subscribe / Archives)"
I'd also make the string "Users' Mailing List" a hyperlink to the
archive, since all the other titles are hyperlinks.

"General OOo Mail Lists" -> "General OOo Mailing Lists"
General lists, might instead be placed as a link in the description
under Users' Mailing Lists. Likewise, maybe the wiki link ought to be
up with the FAQ description.

The ROI section is a good idea, but I generally dislike the idea of
building it around MSO.

Or cut them out into a separate page, for archival purposes, with a note
saying that the page is not updated. Same for the setup guides.

Which should the page focus on supporting, users or developers or both?
