[website-dev] New logo for the website

I have merged our new logo with the current header for the
http://sr.openoffice.org web pages.

Contrary to the previous discussion I do not think it looks too bad and I
am suggesting to apply this for the global site too. It should be a safe
fix that can be done by tomorrow release. One can redo the image moving it
a few pixels up to get correct baseline, something I have missed to do.
