You can find the source code for the OOo kenai theme here: https://svn.kenai.com/svn/ooo-migration~themes. The CSS stylesheets used there are well some kind of a mix of the current OOo stylesheets and some new kenai specific stuff. A staging site for OOo on kenai is going to be set up soon but I can not give any information on how soon that will be at the momment.
