The order is my precedence I would recommend to work on the change of 
the header. There are plain apache site, some with custom or general 
purpose frameworks, ...

I should put it in the wiki so that it is available for other similar 
tasks...

Yes, the good news for now is that nobody asks us to change the 
appearance of all the sites at the same time.
