Yes, I suppose not. Still, one often knows the reasons for things one 
does not control, so it made sense to ask.

Good to know [though I think I knew that], but IAC I rarely qualify a 
search by date.

Well, "bother" might be a slightly strong word for it. It's a minor 
annoyance when I glance at a history or thread of issue comments and try 
to sort relationships like time between comments.
