Well first thing is that we still want to have version control for web 
content thus the WebDAV interface will most likely not be exposed to 
users on the new OpenOffice.org kenai based website. Instead the plan is 
to move from cvs to SubVersion for the webcontent there.

Kenai is based on Ruby for Rails and there will be some limited dynamic 
server-side capabilities in the area of kenai theming using the kenai 
ruby on rails infrastructure.

For more complex things we will stay with the current strategy to have 
web applications on satellite sites such as 
http://eis.services.openoffice.org or 
http://quaste.services.openoffice.org or 
http://wiki.services.openoffice.org.
