[website-dev] Proposal: "Development Wiki" tab on the frontpage

Hi all,

as noted here:

other open source projects like kde and mozilla directly link to the
development wiki from the frontpage. That seems sensible to me. So I am
proposing to create a tab "Development Wiki" directly on the frontpage
(and on other pages, where it makes sense).
