[website-dev] Collections, PDF

Special:Collection and Special:Book say that there will be a 'box' on the
left hand side of pages in which one can add that page to a collection. I
never see the box. I'd like to PDF-up a slug of content.

is there something I'm missing? If all else fails, do you publish database
dumps like wikipedia does?
