[website-dev] mock-up of 10 yr birthday page

Well...I know this isn't nearly as cool as our birthday pages in the
past. In the past, we've put the birthday cake pic (small) in the
header) which I haven't a clue as to how to do...but this is a BIG
birthday, right?
